Fruit Popsicles
If you’re struggling to get extra fruit and veggies into your child’s diet, these real fruit popsicles are a great way to get some additional fruit in! It’s a refreshing snack for a hot afternoon too!
We love the way these fresh fruit popsicles turned out – they are healthy, made with lots of real fruit and so easy to make! The best part about them is the fruit flavor. Frozen fruit can be delicious on its own – add some flavored juice or water and you’ve got a winning combination!
Ingredients You’ll Need to Make these Fresh Fruit Popsicles
- 1 Popsicle Mold
- 2 Kiwis
- 2 Peaches
- 5 Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 2 16 oz bottles of flavored water
- Optional: a teaspoon or two of sugar to taste
Substitution options:
Instead of flavored water you can also use water enhancer or juice. Clear juice options are apple juice, cranberry juice or lemonade.
You can adjust the fruit and make it all one fruit or mix with different fruit options.
How to Make Fruit Popsicles
1. Cut the kiwi and strawberries into small slices. Cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces. Note, for young children, ensure the fruit slices are cut small enough for them to not pose a choking hazard.
2. Add the fruit into the popsicle molds until each one is filled. Leave about ½ inch from the top.
3. Pour the flavored water into each mold filling until it reaches about 1/2 inch from the top.
4. Place the top of your popsicle stick mold on. Now place in the freezer until frozen. Approximately 4-5 hours or overnight.
TIP: If you have trouble getting the popsicles out of the mold, let them sit out for a bit to melt and then gently squeeze from the bottom of the mold. You can also run a little bit of hot water over them.
Now all that is left is to enjoy these! I know we’ll be making these quite often this summer, we hope you enjoy them!

Excellent!!!!
Made these with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango and peaches. Used Hint cherry water. They came out great!!! Pretty and very good.
Is there anything I can put in the form so I can pull the popsicle out easily? Pam, etc?
The best thing we have found is just to let them sit out for a few minutes before trying to pop them out of the mold. You can also run hot water to help them melt a little and then they will be easier to pop out.
these look and taste great!
