How to Make a Christmas Tree Turkey Disguise
1. Color in the turkey.
First, print off a blank disguise a turkey template.
Use markers, paint, or colored pencils to color in the turkey’s head. The rest of the body will be covered up, so no need to color in the entire thing.

2. Make the Christmas tree.
Download and print out the template, found at the bottom of the post. Trace the tree outline onto green paper and the stump onto brown paper and cut them out.
Tracing Tips:
- Trace half of the Christmas tree first, then flip the template and trace the other half.
- To cut out the circle inside the Christmas tree, bend it slightly and make a small cut mark. Now you can put your scissors inside this portion to cut out the circle shape.

3. Decorate the tree.
Use red, white, and green paint to add round ornaments onto the Christmas tree! We used a 1/2″ round foam stamper, but if you don’t have that on hand, you can use the eraser end of a pencil, fingerprints or even a cotton swab.
Let the paint dry completely.

4. Glue the Christmas tree down.
Use a gluestick to attach the stump to cover the turkey’s legs.
Next, glue the Christmas tree down so that it covers the turkey’s body and the face is visible through the face hole.

5. Make the presents.
Trace the printable templates onto different shades of paper – we picked different colors for the ribbons and boxes so that they stand out!

Use a glue stick to glue the ribbon pieces onto each box, forming a T shape.

6. Glue the presents on.
Glue the presents to the bottom of the tree and stick the gold star sticker to the top.

As final step, add the gold star to the top. If you don’t have gold star stickers you can cut a star out of yellow or gold paper.
Your turkey’s Christmas tree disguise is now complete!
