- 1 Jello chocolate instant pudding mix, 5.9oz
- 3 ½ cups half-and-half *or make your own mixing half whole milk and half cream
Pour the Jello chocolate pudding mix and half-and-half into a large bowl.
Whisk until smooth and the mixture has turned into pudding.
Open the Ziploc bag and scoop all of the pudding into it. Seal the zipper.
Cut one corner off of the Ziploc bag to form a piping bag. Fill each cavity of the popsicle mold, leaving a little room at the top to prevent overflow when freezing.
Place the lid on top of the popsicle mold and insert the popsicle sticks halfway into the mold. Transfer the popsicles to the freezer and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
To remove the popsicles from the mold, fill a large pot with warm water and submerge the bottom part of the mold for about 30 seconds. This will loosen the frozen popsicles from the mold. Tip: Do not wiggle the popsicle stick back and forth to remove the popsicle - this can cause the stick to loosen and pull right out of the popsicle. You can pull the sides of the mold gently apart if needed. Store the popsicles in a bag in the freezer or serve immediately. Enjoy!
