Watermelon Popsicles

A simple watermelon popsicle recipe - using all natural ingredients!

Equipment

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Watermelon (Cubed)
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 5 Kiwis (Use 4-5 Kiwis, cubed)

Instructions

  • Cube the watermelon and blend it in a blender or a food processor.
  • Transfer the watermelon puree to the molds and freeze for 3 hours.
    Add Watermelon to Popsicle Tray
  • Add a thin layer of coconut yogurt over the watermelon popsicles and put the mold back in the freezer for another hour and a half.
    Add Yogurt
  • Peel and cut the kiwi in cubes and blend it in a blender or a food processor.
  • Pour the kiwi puree over the yogurt layer in the molds and put them back in the freezer for 6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Notes

To make it sweeter - you can add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the watermelon and kiwi. Or add your favorite sweetener of choice.
