  • 3 cups high quality white chocolate chips

  • Add the white chocolate and condensed milk in a medium saucepan.
    Add Condensed Milk to Pan
  • Slowly stir over medium to low heat until the mixture is melted, smooth and combined. Do not stir too vigorously or it may create air pockets.

  • Add in a few drops of concentrated green food coloring and mix until the color is incorporated. If you want it to be darker, add more drops of food coloring.
  • Pour the mixture into your baking pan. Add 25 sprinkles approximately 1 ½ inches apart on top of the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
  • Once the fudge is completely set, remove from the pan and cut into small square pieces.

Notes

  • You can store the fudge for up to two weeks in an airtight container.
  • You can freeze the fudge in an airtight container for up to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
  • For a microwave cooking method, combine the chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 90 seconds, slowly stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Stir slowly when melting the ingredients. If you stir too vigorously, it will allow for more air into the mixture and may cause air pockets to form when the fudge is set.
